A newly pregnant Meghan Markle is easing her crazy schedule as she and Prince Harry tour four Commonwealth countries over 16 days, Hello! reports. Now in Australia, the 37-year-old Duchess of Sussex apparently needs a break. "She told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag," a fan said after chatting with Markle. "She said she was up at 4:30am this am doing yoga in her room as she couldn’t sleep." Slated for 76 engagements across their tour, the Duke and Duchess will "cut back ... for the next couple of days," says a source quoted in People. Harry presented a medal for the Invictus Games on Saturday without her.
