The 10 Oddest Things Left in Ubers Over the Past 10 Years

The items we most commonly leave behind in Ubers make for an unsurprising list: phones, wallets, luggage, keys, headphones, clothing, passports, glasses, jewelry, and laptops. But for 10 years now, Uber's Lost & Found Index has catalogued the strangest things to be left behind, and the list is once again a doozy.

Per the 2026 index, items that made the top 50 "lost" list include dentures, an ankle monitor, a single Louboutin heel, a wizard wand, two wedding gowns, a package of live butterflies, a child's prosthetic eye, and a meat slicer (see all 50 here). While determining the oddest of the odd is a fairly subjective task, Uber did that very thing and rounded up "our top 10 most unique items over the last 10 years":

4. Lanyard that says "virginity rocks" (2020)
5. A large painting of Kate Middleton (2021)
6. 500 grams of caviar (2022)
7. MY DOG IS IN THE CAR!!! A toy poodle (2023)
8. Fake butt (2024)
9. Taxidermied rabbit (2025)
10. A 75-gallon fish tank (2026)
