Tom Holland has finally cleared up one of Hollywood's worst-kept secrets. In a new Esquire interview, the Spider-Man star strongly implied that he and longtime partner Zendaya are already married—without ever saying the word. Asked if he had to reassure family after AI-generated "wedding photos" went viral, Holland said no, "because they were all there," then cut off further questions with: "That's all you'll get on that." Zendaya joked about the fake photos with Jimmy Kimmel in March, weeks after wedding rumors surfaced.

Holland did open up about the relationship itself in the Esquire interview. "Our business can present very stressful situations and it's really nice to have a bedrock of a relationship that will stand the test of time," he said. "We can support each other in ways that only we can, because only we understand really what it's like to live this life," he added. "So, for me, I found my person. She's my best friend, and I'm the happiest I ever have been when I'm with her, but I also have never felt so supported and safe, ever."

The pair met when she auditioned for Spider-Man: Homecoming, the Guardian reports. "Obviously, I was super excited at the prospect of working with her and getting to know her," he told Esquire. "She smashed her audition out the park and got the part before she'd even left the room." The new Spider-Man movie, Brand New Day, comes out next month.
