The Wall Street Journal is out with a ranking of CEO pay packages, and it may as well have a separate category for Elon Musk. His $158 billion from Tesla dwarfs everyone else: Consider that No. 2 Shankh Mitra of Welltower makes a not-too-shabby $821 million. The list is for companies in the S&P 500, and the top 10 follow:
