Paraguay's president just turned a stunning World Cup upset into a day off. Santiago Pena signed a decree making Tuesday a national holiday after Paraguay knocked out four-time champion Germany in a penalty shootout on Monday, reports Reuters. "Today, an entire country celebrates," Pena posted on X after the biggest upset in this year's tournament so far. His nation's team now advances to the round of 16. Team USA, meanwhile, plays its first knockout game 8pm Wednesday against Bosnia and Herzegovina. ESPN has a preview.
