The judge in the high-profile Lindsay Clancy murder case declared one on Friday after jurors were unable to reach a unanimous verdict on their seventh day of deliberations, reports CNN. The move came after the defense unsuccessfully sought a delay in the mistrial ruling from a higher court, per the New York Times. Clancy is accused of murdering her three young children in Massachusetts in 2023, with the case hinging on whether she should be held criminally responsible. Earlier, Clancy's defense team blamed a lone juror for the deadlock and accused him of not applying the law, but Judge William Sullivan refused their request to remove or even question the juror. Prosecutors will now decide whether to retry Clancy. Read These Next Netherlands confirms a 1-year-old was euthanized. John Goodman has lost around 200 pounds, without using Ozempic.
