Susie Wiles has received health news worth celebrating. The White House chief of staff announced Wednesday on X that she is now cancer-free after a breast cancer diagnosis in March. A procedure at the Mayo Clinic earlier this week confirmed the outcome, CBS News reports, with biopsy results coming back clear. "I am cancer free," Wiles, 69, wrote, thanking her family, friends, medical team, and "everyone who prayed for me."
Wiles has continued to play a central role in the administration throughout her treatment, frequently appearing alongside President Trump, including on a recent trip to Dallas. She has served as his top White House aide since his second inauguration in 2025. Wiles also thanked the president, per USA Today, saying that she'll "continue to work to advance his America First Agenda."
