And she's outta there. Lindsay Lohan has been released from court-ordered rehab at UCLA Medical Center, reports Radar. The troubled starlet entered the facility Aug. 2 after being sentenced to 90 days of rehab for probation violations related to her 2007 DUI conviction. That's right, little math whizzes: LiLo got sprung on day 22 of her program. She was whisked out the back door into a chauffeured car. Radar notes that Lindsay's first act as a free woman was to call her mom.
