A pirate copy of Christopher Nolan's latest blockbuster didn't stay afloat for long, the Los Angeles Times reports. Universal says it moved quickly after discovering a full, high-quality version of The Odyssey posted on X over the weekend, triggering takedown protocols and vowing to "pursue all appropriate remedies" to defend its copyright. The account behind the leak was suspended within about three hours, per Variety, after the post racked up more than 2.1 million views. The magazine reports that while a few clones remained available as of Sunday, most files claiming to be the film are actually "Rickrolls," pranks that mislead people into viewing the music video for Rick Astley's 1987 hit "Never Gonna Give You Up." Per Deadline, "most if not all" of the real copies appeared to have been taken down.

The leak comes as the Matt Damon-led epic continues to dominate theaters. The Odyssey hauled in $87 million in its second weekend (a personal best for Nolan), according to Rentrak, after advance-ticket demand was so heavy in June it briefly crashed AMC's app.
