San Francisco 49ers boss Jed York spent part of his weekend in an Ohio jail cell. The 46-year-old CEO was arrested Sunday in East Palestine, Ohio, after police say he replied to an online ad and agreed to pay $140 for sex, according to court documents cited by the California Post. Prosecutors initially charged him with engaging in prostitution, but he entered a no-contest plea Monday after the count was reduced to disorderly conduct. Neither he nor the team has publicly commented on the arrest, per USA Today.

York was also convicted of possessing criminal tools—no details were provided, but this could refer to his cell phone or computer—and was sentenced to one day in jail on each count, to be served at the same time, plus $1,150 in fines, reports the Athletic. The Youngstown native, who took over as CEO of the family-owned franchise in 2008, lives with his wife and two children in Los Altos Hills, California, notes SFGate. He previously faced—and denied—insider trading allegations tied to education-tech firm Chegg. That securities case was settled for $55 million without any admission of wrongdoing.
