Dolly Parton's ties to a small California tourist town now come with a nearly $2 million price tag. The late country star's onetime weekend retreat in Solvang, about 130 miles northwest of Los Angeles, has hit the market for $1.995 million, complete with a stained-glass "Dolly" panel and yellow butterfly above the door, reports the Los Angeles Times. Parton owned the 1920s farmhouse compound from 2004 to 2014, when it sold for $940,000, per Realtor.com.

The roughly 2,500-square-foot property includes a three-bedroom, two-bath main house plus two rentals: a three-bedroom, two-bath unit and a one-bedroom apartment. The current owner says he only learned of the home's history after buying it. Fans have been leaving flowers at the site, while Solvang and nearby Madonna Inn have publicly saluted the singer's low-profile years along California's Central Coast. Realtor.com chronicles some of Parton's other home purchases here.
