A 20-year-old livestreamer who built a following on "looksmaxxing" content is now facing serious criminal charges in Massachusetts. Braden Peters, known online as Clavicular, has been charged in Cape Cod with rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor in connection with an alleged incident in May 2025, per The Hollywood Reporter, citing an original report by the Bulwark. Peters' arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 14. A rep for the influencer said he hadn't been served an arrest warrant as of early Thursday, per NBC10 Boston.

The timeline appears to overlap with a civil case filed in Florida by 18-year-old influencer Alorah Ziva (legal name Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza), who accuses Peters of injecting her without consent with the fat-dissolving substance Aqualyx during a 2025 livestream and of nonconsensual sex in Cape Cod when she says she was underage and intoxicated, per THR. Peters has denied the claims, moved to dismiss parts of the civil suit, and posted messages and video he says back his account. Sources said to be close to the influencer tell TMZ that he "will be fighting this till the end." If convicted in Massachusetts, Peters faces up to 20 years in prison, per THR.
