Sources connected to Kris Humphries tell TMZ he and Kim Kardashian have settled, and it should be officially announced in court today. Humphries had apparently backed down recently since he couldn't find proof Kardashian married him fraudulently; he had previously been insisting on an annulment, not a divorce. Kardashian earlier said she's excited to see Humphries in court at today's settlement conference (if he shows up; TMZ says he isn't expected to) and sources say she still loves him as a friend.
