Jurors See Photo of Jackson's Naked Corpse

A photo of Michael Jackson's body was shown to jurors in the Conrad Murray trial yesterday as a coroner described the autopsy and his decision to rule the death a homicide. Jackson's body appears emaciated in the photo, but Los Angeles Deputy Medical Examiner Christopher Rogers said he found Jackson to be "healthier than the average person of his age," with clear arteries and no sign of heart disease, reports the New York Daily News.

Rogers said he found it hard to believe the defense's claim that Jackson awoke when the doctor wasn't looking and gave himself a lethal dose of the drug propofol. The autopsy showed no sign that Jackson drank the drug, as Murray's lawyers have suggested, he said. "We did not find any type of precision dosing device, which means the doctor would be estimating how much propofol he was giving," Rogers testified. "I think it would be easy in those circumstances for the doctor to estimate wrong and give too much propofol." Click for more revelations from the trial.
