Brad Pitt's youngest daughter is formally asking the court to leave his last name behind. Eighteen-year-old Vivienne has filed a petition in Los Angeles County to change her legal name from Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt to Vivienne Marcheline Jolie, citing "personal" reasons, per People. A judge is set to consider the request on Nov. 2. Us Weekly notes that a declaration was included with the filing, signed by Vivienne on July 12—the day she turned 18. The teen has already been using "Jolie" professionally, including in the Playbill for Broadway's The Outsiders, which she helped produce with mom Angelina Jolie, per People.

Vivienne is the fourth of the former couple's six children to move to drop "Pitt," following similar steps by Zahara, Maddox, and Shiloh. Page Six reports that while Knox, Vivienne's twin brother, hasn't made any legal moves to change his surname, he used "Knox Jolie" on his high school diploma. Meanwhile, son Pax doesn't appear to have a great relationship with his dad, either, but the outlet notes that he still remains close with members of his dad's family and hasn't made any kind of move on his moniker. The name shifts come amid a long-running rift between Pitt and the children and ongoing legal battles between the actors, including over their former French winery, Chateau Miraval.
