Chadwick Boseman's family is headed back to court, this time over who controls what he left behind. The late actor's brothers, Kevin and Derrick Boseman, have asked a Los Angeles judge to remove his widow, Taylor Simone Ledward, as administrator of his estate, according to a petition obtained by People.

They argue Ledward has held "complete control" of the estate for six years without proper input from their parents, Leroy and Carolyn, who they say are owed 25% each, Page Six reports. Ledward is entitled to half the estate because the couple married shortly before the Black Panther star's 2020 death at age 43, and he had no will, the filing notes. The couple had been together since 2015, USA Today reports. The brothers claim a court-ordered distribution hasn't been carried out, point to allegedly unaccounted-for royalties, residuals, and other assets, and want a professional fiduciary appointed instead. Attorneys for both sides did not respond to requests for comment.
